The new Technic sets announced for 2009, which have been a very interesting subject of the last few months’ speculations, are now available at Shop@Home. Moreover - their prices seem quite affordable. Here they are (we have listed prices for Germany, they may vary for other countries):

Agulha num palheiro: tesouros cromados
Nome: Brick 2 x 4 Truck Gas Tank with Two Pins

Cor: Chrome Silver
Apareceu: 2003
Produzido atĂŠ: 2003
Catalogado: Bricklink, Peeron
Nome: Slope, Curved 8 x 6 x 2 Double with Chrome Silver SidesPattern
Cor: Chrome Silver
Apareceu: 2003
Produzido atĂŠ: 2003
Catalogado: Bricklink: [1] [2] [3], Peeron: [1] [2] [3]
Bring Your Favorite Minifig to Work Week - Update
Ooops, I have missed one good photo in my BYFMTWW post. Here’s Noro’s Indiana minifig playing fussbal in Viana:

Sorry Noro!
Double Trouble
I promised myself not to take part in this year’ edition of Colossal Castle Contest. Too busy end of the year for me, to little time to build something good - that’s what I thought. But recently, I had two evenings just for me and I had a story that wanted to be told. So here it is - a castle vignette called Double Trouble:
The most difficult part was making the dwarf hanging right. His center of mass if quite high (above his waist) and he kept turning upside-down. I end up making a special harness for him…
Don Quixote charges the windmill
Gork presents Don Quiote charging the windmill to save Dulcinea. I just love literary references in LEGO creations:
This one goes into “Act of Chivalry” category of Colossal Castle Contest.
Samurai Jack
LUGPol’s ImpreSariO presents Samurai Jack!
If you are not familiar with the movie, here’s the poster:

I cannot believe it took ImpreSariO just a few hours to built it. Great job!

All you need is…
LOVE
