Going modular with Joaquin

Spanish AFOL Joaquinito (engineer in his 30s in real life) presents very interesting approach to modular building, inspired by Centre Pompidou in Paris:

Modular Building

Creation consist from an empty Technic frame where one can plug different apartment modules (17×13x9). Building has also a working elevator. The whole construction is almost 1 meter high (3.2 feet for you, imperial folks)

Modules

If this system was well descibed and advertized, it might become a nice standard for displays. I imagine different frames in many shapes, several types of modules (single, double, gound-floor for shops). What do you think?

Troszq takie miasto przyszłości. Każdy może przyjść i dostawić swoje mieszkanko. Najbardziej jednak podobają mi się moduły: na 2 obrazku prawy górny róg i lewy dolny róg.
