Klocki presents: Indiana Jones Building Contest.
General rules:
- Contest starts: May 4 2008
- Submissions will be accepted after: May 17, 2008
- Submission deadline: June 15, 2008 24:00 GMT
- Number of entries per person allowed: No limit.
- 3 pictures per entry, 800×600 pixels or less (can be 600×800 or less)
- No virtual creations (MLCAD, LDD). Sorry.
- Only new creations please (published after May 4th).
Categories:
1. Indiana Jones and a Memorable Scene
Build a vignette picturing a scene from any Indiana Jones movies (not TV series).
Size limit: 16×16 studs
Prize: 7620 Motor Chase. New set, donated by Klocki.
2. Indiana Jones and the Forgotten Adventure
Build a diorama picturing the Indiana Jones adventure that reallly happened, but Spielberg forgot to make a movie about it.
Size limit: 48×48 studs
Prize: 7622 Race for Stolen Treasure. New set, donated by Klocki.
3. Indiana Jones and the UCS Model
Build a UCS style model of the vehicle featured in Indiana Jones movies (no TV series). Ideas include: Flying Wing, Flying Boat, Tank, Zeppelin, Truck, etc.
No size limit
Prize: 7623 Temple Escape autographed by it’s designer, Adam “Misterzumbi” Grabowski. New set, donated by Klocki. Misterzumbi’s autograph donated by Misterzumbi.
Timeframe:
- May 4th. Contest starts.
- May 17th. Submissions are open. Submit your creation here.
- June 15th. Submissions are closed. Jury starts to select short lists - up to 10 creations from each category.
- June 28th. After short lists are closed, readers of e-klocki.com vote for the winner. The voting will take 2 days.
- July 1st. Winners are announced.
Jury:
- Jury consist of: Misterzumbi (Head), Klocki staff: Nexus7, Sariel, Frax, Szww, Evildead and Hippotam
- Jury and their relatives cannot take part in the contest.
Other:
- We allow custom minifig accessories and minifig customization.
- Prizes donated by Klocki editors: Nexus7 and Hippotam
