A corner without a corner
Take a look at this totally awesome house by Dmac, built for Klocki-Zdroj 2008 project. This is a corner house, but for the first time I see it perfectly rounded!
And yes - these are sandblue tiles.

During the recent Kielce 2008 event, LUGPol’s AFOLs put together a nice diorama of small city (Klocki-Zdroj). Two blocks of houses, rail station, park, biker’s inn, industrial zone and many more, including even a baloon flying over the rooftops.
Head over to the project official site to read more about it and see a lot of pictures.
Steven Marshall is no stranger to this blog, we have featured his creations several times already. This time great model of old tractor. As with all Steven’s models there is a fantastic attention to details and just great overall look. Well done again!
Finally, the rumours about the 10189 Taj Mahal set found confirmation. Starting today, European AFOLs may pre-order the set on LEGO’s Shop@Home website.
Retail price is 299 Euro (200 GBP) which is quite nice for almost 6000 piece set.
Aaron Andrews (DARKspawn) presents a small diorama where three pirates meet the fish monster.
It is the monster that makes the scene great. I particularly like the teeth coming up from the water, huge eyes and clever use of green parts.

The end of summer vacations and going back to school is a hard time for everyone (going back to work is quite similar…). Matt shows us why we really should be afraid to come back: hungry school bus.
